DWRD Organises Seminar on “Prevention of Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013, (POSH Act)” at the Directorate of Women Resource Development, Meriema, Kohima on 29th July 2025.
DWRD organized a seminar on POSH Act, 2013, to create awareness and build a safe and respectful working environment for women employees. Resource person, Advocate Sunjib Rana, highlighted the key provisions of the Act and emphasized on the role of the Internal Complaints Committee (ICC), and on how victims of sexual harassment at workplace can lodge complaints with the ICC.
